First Time At State Line
On behalf of the folks who are at State Line Christian Church, I welcome you. As you journey through our website, hopefully you will get to know who we are. We are followers of Jesus Christ and He is the focus of all we do at State Line. We are committed to be always "Growing In Christ Together." We are just normal and imperfect people who are forgiven and who have hope and purpose due to our relationship with Jesus.
Our desire is to be a church that Loves God and Loves People, as Jesus calls us to do. We want to boldly share the good news we have in Jesus with everyone because it is that important.
As the Senior Minister at State Line, I promise we will do all we can to help you on your journey of faith. Please accept my invitation to visit us some Sunday. You will hear the Bible preached and you will be welcomed by some great people. I hope to see you soon and meet you personally. Should you have further questions, please go to the Contact Us page to email us or find our phone number to call.
God Bless,
Lucas Lane | Senior Pastor

There is a Junior Church session for your children up through 5th grade that meets after communion during our main service. Please arrive early so there is time to check your children into the nursery which is located upstairs in the West area of our building.

We are located on Indiana 163/Clinton Road just inside the Illinois state line - thus State Line Christian Church. We are located 5 miles West of Clinton, IN and 9 miles East of Paris, IL.
3. What do I wear?
You will find we are casual, but please dress however you are comfortable. You find folks in jeans, shorts, and even with ties and jackets.
4. What is your service like?
Our worship service lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. During that time we incorporate times for singing, prayer, Biblical teaching, weekly communion as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, and we receive an offering. As a believer, you are invited to take the juice and bread during communion. As our guest, do not feel obligated to give during the offering, as this is for our members and regular attendees.
5. Will I be pointed out as a guest?
As our guest, you will not be singled out in any way. You can remain completely anonymous if you desire, however, we look forward to meeting you and getting acquainted when you are ready.
6. What if I have other questions?
Visit our "New Here?" area at the back of sanctuary where you can talk with a member of our leadership.
